20 ptsFor exceptionally meritorious service to the unit over a significant period of time, directly and positively impacting the unit as a whole. Reserved for individuals whose sustained contributions substantially affected the unit.
Silver Star
15 ptsFor extraordinary gallantry in combat that is conspicuous and substantially exceeds the expectations of the member's position. Awarded for an exceptional act of immersive heroism during an operation.
Distinguished Flying Cross
15 ptsFor extraordinary heroism or achievement while participating in aerial operations, or for aviation leadership action that substantially exceeds the expected duties of the individual's position.
Navy and Marine Corps Medal
For an act of extraordinary heroism or lifesaving conduct not involving combat with an enemy. The action must clearly exceed normal expectations and involve significant personal risk.
Bronze Star
10 ptsFor significant combat achievement involving exceptional personal courage under enemy threat. Awarded when a member's actions materially affect the outcome of an engagement or operation and demonstrate valor beyond normal expectations
Meritorious Service Medal
10 ptsFor sustained meritorious service or achievement that significantly improves the unit's effectiveness, training, organization, morale, or operational capability.
Air Medal
5 ptsFor a act or sustained series of meritorious achievements during aerial operations that directly contributes to mission success. Exceptional aviation performance may qualify even without combat.

5 ptsAwarded for repeated superior conduct in multiple instances over the course of a campaign.

5 ptsTo be awarded in recognition of a single instance of superior performance or conduct field or off.
